Payment by (mt 103) against B/L and sgs certificate of weight and analysis per shipment at port of Dakar INSPECTION : SGS for Quantity and Quality PROCEDURE: 1) Seller send FCO and buyer reviews and signs FCO and return to seller 2) Seller sends contract and invoice which is signed by both parties and deposited to their respective banks 3) Buyers bank issues Guarantee, and seller makes the order for delivery within 30/40 after confirmation to Bank instrument by sellers. NOTES 1. All parties including consultants' fees will be protected by the issurance of an irrevocable fee agreement and pay order by buyer, including all rolls and extensions of any spa bearing the same parties, and original transaction code. 2.
